Athletic Recovery Lab creates accessible, technology-driven recovery experiences at the intersection of wellness, performance, and community. Every guest receives a curated combination of physical and cognitive modalities in a welcoming, guided environment.

Who can participate?
The Recovery Hub is intended for HYROX athletes and event attendees, subject to venue access and applicable participation requirements.
Do I need to compete in HYROX?
No. You do not need to compete, but you must have any admission or credential required to access the event area.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome based on real-time availability.
How much does a session cost?
Each 20-minute session is $35, including all three recovery modalities and guided setup.
Where and when is the Recovery Hub?
Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 1121 9th Street NW, Washington, DC. Open September 4–6, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the compression boots to fit properly. Follow onsite instructions and disclose relevant health concerns before participating.
What if I am late?
Late arrival may shorten your session or require rescheduling. Please arrive five minutes early.
How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Use the change or cancellation instructions in your Acuity confirmation email. Published Acuity terms apply.
Are there participation restrictions?
Complete any required waiver and follow staff guidance. If you have a medical condition or are uncertain about suitability, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
